AUTOMATIC OIL FILLING MACHINE 4 TO 6 HEAD :- MODEL- ALM-1060 H:

The unit is having strong base to give trouble free operation. All SS cover with mirror polish. The basic unit consists of SS conveyor belt with extra1 H.P.A.C. motor & A.C.variator for Canvory speed, bottle guide and unique co Eccentric. Easy volume setting with eccentric screw. Filling assembly is diving type with No dripping problem. A "NO OIL BOTTLE NO FILL" arrangement through a photo sensor prevents spillage of liquid if the bottles are not conveyed below the filling nozzles. Bottle stop & release through a fiber STAR PLATE WITH CLUTCH. Fiber star plate changes as per Bottle Dia. Castor wheels & level bolts will be fitted with machine base. The staged are filled at time with predetermined volume. The machine has provision to fix appropriate sizes of syringe to fill bottle of different capacities while the conveyor can be adjusted to accommodate bottles of various sizes. The Machine can fill a minimum volume of 50 Ml. to 200 Ml and 200 ml and 500 ml and 500 ml to 1 liter after upto 5 liter by changing Syringes and PLC HMI panel for 5 liter

Operation:
Bottles received on the s.s.conveyor moves below the nozzles & centered correctly with the help of fiber star plate with clutch, Which also helps in presence of the bottles. Syringes will drown correct volume of oil in to the bottles. Bottles after filling are transferred through conveyor.
