An Automatic Auger Filler Machine is designed to fill powder items like spices (Masala), various flours (Atta), and other moisture-based or non-free-flowing powders. Since this process is handled by a Screw Feeder, it provides exceptionally high accuracy in powder filling.

The powder is stored in a hopper and is dispensed based on the specific rotations set in the PLC (Programmable Logic Controller). This ensures that the quantity (grammage) is extremely precise.

By using this technology, pouches are packed with high efficiency, leading to significant savings in manpower and ensuring superior quality packaging.
