Horizontal Flow Wrap packing Machines   Model No-HFW-1020H The Product to be wrapped is fed  to the main feed conveyor and carried by lugs through the folding box. The packaging material is pulled from the wrapper reel above and is fed to the folding box. The folding box wraps the packaging material around the product. Central sealing is done by three pairs of rotating rollers out of which first pair works as a propeller & following two pairs are provided with heaters for central sealing. The pair of rotating jaws at the end performs end sealing & cutting operation. The product thus packed is finally carried by end conveyor.

A flow wrapping machine, or horizontal form-fill-seal (HFFS) machine, is a high-speed automated packaging system that wraps individual products in a continuous, horizontal, pillow-style pouch. It feeds products on a conveyor, forms a film tube around them, seals the longitudinal fin/lap, and seals/cuts both ends to create finished packs, often used for food (bars, baked goods) and consumer goods. Key Features and Components

How It Works

1. Feeding: Products are placed on an infeed conveyor.
